Today, what if the legacy of that cultural phenomenon continued as real HBCU scholars were inspired and empowered to literally…
create the world differently?
What if entertainment media galvanized and platformed the next generation of global leaders?
This is The Exit!
Our goal is to Exit from old world thinking and build a new world of holistic systems that benefit all of humanity by empowering young scholars to discover their passion to lead.
My name is Kecia L. Jones.
the core of my being is a Performing Activist.
My life production is helping young leaders create Global change, which we do through the Exit Project.
Changing the world by looking within.
We accomplish this goal through a combination of internal, spiritual self-reflective education and external, systemic education and connection.
The Exit Project facilitates the path to global leadership by helping scholars find a system that ignites their passion for change, connecting them with other passionate scholars to brainstorm transformative solutions, and bringing them and their ideas to powerful platforms.
We aim to grow our list of corporate sponsors and Exit Fellows, eventually building Exit Centers on every major university campus. This way meaningful connections and the power to enact real change will become accessible to each and every young scholar with the passion and the vision to create a new and better world.

We know that this society is not working for most people.
Homelessness… poverty… mass incarceration… medical debt… environmental crisis…
Our communities lack the power of connection and self-determination. Nowadays, many people feel hopeless, reaching for a world that they can feel but cannot see. Many have been told that change is impossible, and the world works they way it works. But we do not accept that! People built the society the way it is, and we have the power to reshape it to fit our mental, physical, spiritual, and ecological needs.

Teaching self-empowerment through energetic & emotional intelligence
Providing products and services, including but not limited to: Leadership Workshops, TV Production, published materials and theatrical tours
